We will collect your computer at a time that's convenient for you. This can even be during the evening or a weekend. You will not be asked to package it, and we do not require your keyboard, monitor or mouse. We also promise to handle your computer with extreme care. Our vehicles have a padded area in which we place your computer during transit. We will never place anything on top of it, or even next to it, during transit.
