Established in 1860, Pettits is one of the premier independent Shoe retailers in England. Originally from Mexborough, South Yorkshire over recent years there has been expansion with shops opening in Beverley, Bridlington and Retford.


The Site

To expand their business Pettits engaged the services of DeepSense to create their online shop. The web site uses  DREAMS (DeepSense Retail Management System) to implement the customer facing site as well as the order management backend.

The only provisions requested by Pettits in the development of the site were as follows:

Simple and clean layout
Use current shop colouring and images

Once the design had been finalised with Pettits input the shopping system was integrated to provide the complete site.

David Taylor is currently working with a number of clients developing individual and group Leadership programmes for them. As well as being a qualified coach, David has a B.Ed (Hons), an MA and M.Phil. He is an NLP Master Practitioner. He is a member of the Leading Coaches group, a UK network of coaches working with Executive Managers.


The Site

The Edge Coaching approached DeepSense to replace their outdated web site, which was heavily flash based and had no client facilities to update its content.

DeepSense remedied these problems by first designing a new clean and fresh layout and then implementing the main content using our own Content Management System, DWARF (DeepSense Web Application Remote Framework).

With these 2 major changes the new web site is now a lot more user friendly in terms of its navigation and content.
